Hardy AMC, originally, stood for Hardy Asset Management Consulting. That is, anything dealing with what it takes to get the best performance and the best return on investment out of an asset. Maintenance and operator training are key elements in that lifecycle. Alford Hardy launched Hardy AMC in Feb 2012. He published Covering Your Assets by Exposing the Butt-Ugly Truth that same month.
In 2014, Hardy AMC encountered clients who could not properly grow to meet increasing orders for products and services. These companies did not have technicians or instructors to train them on site or in the pipeline. Hardy AMC partnered with key providers to expand training capability, knowing that meeting the current need would be far different from those needs just a few years around the corner.
From there, Al and Stascia Hardy developed Workforce Connected Academics to help focus the connections between academic testing, careers, and the rigorous learning requirements companies need to sustain a capable and ever changing workforce. Such far reaching implications require a different mindset, Teaching Beyond the Now. Preparing new teachers to focus beyond the now became a fundamental principle for learners to sustain themselves in a No Spoon No Box world.

LESSON PLANNING PROCESS
Each teacher’s lesson plan tells the daily activities for the entire school. Principals tend to want more detail. Teachers want less detail because an effective learning environment may require something different at a given moment. Let’s find common ground around standards, activities, and differentiation as keys to effective lesson planning process.
